Description of Work: Did a diagnosis to determine the problem and was very honest about it not being cost effective to repair the TV when you could get a new one for about same money as the repair would cost

Description of Work: I brought my TV to Hank as it was not working. Herequired a $20.00 deposit for an analysis. He phoned me in about 4 days, told me the trouble and the price. Three days later I picke up the machine and it works fine. The deposit was credited to the work.
