We got a written estimate during our first visit and returned first thing in the morning a few days later when the shop's schedule was open. The work was done that day and we returned the next afternoon to pick up our CRV. The work was perfect; we could see no sign of prior damage.

The repair was high quality, done when promised, and the price was reasonable.

Charged less than half of other estimate I received.  Took a few weeks to get an appointment, and repair took a day longer than stated, but this shop appears to get plenty of business.

I'm a student who isn't really familiar with cars, and wanted to make sure I wasn't taken advantage of by a body shop - I can't say enough about how well I was treated at GT. They came in well below my insurance company's estimate, performed EXCELLENT work, and responded promptly and courteously to every call and inquiry. This outfit is a class act, and you won't regret working with them.

Also made sure that headlights were aligned correctly since one of them had be knocked out of alignment by the vehicle that backed into me. The repair looks good. The paint matches perfectly and I had my car back in two days. They did a nice job.

The High mounted 3rd brake light housing/mount was wearing badly and the paint was flaking. We were going to buy a new brake light housing/mount for our SUV but when we found out they cost over $300.00 we looked at having it painted instead. I had used GT Motorcars to paint my daughters car hood and they did a terrific job and we have had no issues to date. So I removed the brake light cover and took it down to Bob at GT Motorcars to see what he could with it. He examined the mount and told me he could paint it and this it would take about a week. He gave me an estimate of $65.00. I dropped it off and he went to work. Bob called when it was finished and it looked great. He even threw in the double sided tape to mount it to the rear hatch window and all for the quoted $65.00. I have now had two business dealings with Bob and GT Motorcars and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants auto body painting or repair performed. Thanks Bob for a great experience.

Got two other quotes, but GT was lower. Final price was just $5 more than the quote. They were able to start work immediately and had it ready in three days, just like they said they would. The price didn't include the replacement taillight, which I had picked up at the dealer.

It went fine. I have no cause for complaint whatsoever.

Had many estimates done all around town and GT Motorcars was by far the fairest and described the work that needed to be performed in detail. GT was less than half the most expensive estimate I recieved. Some of the other companies said they needed to do much more work, of which, most didn't pass the common sense test to me. The vehicle is almost new and some companies stated they could not match the paint without painting the fenders and and quot;Blendingand quot; the paint. This would also necessitate the removal/reinstallation of the headlights and re-pinstripping the front fenders. GT had no problems matching the paint without all the un-needed work/expense. Their staff was attentive and very professional. The owner, Bob, took the time to talk to us in laymens terms to explain the process. GT Motorcars specializes in Mercedes Benz and high end foreign cars which told me they must be pretty good as most owners of those kinds of vehicles are pretty picky. Overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend Bob and GT Motorcars to anyone.

They are very good. It's a good company. They're craftsmen. They take their time. You can see their love for Porches and cars like that. My car, they just fixed it, totally rebuilt it.

Start to finish they are as good as it gets. NEVER fun having a wife that loves to back into things! They always do a GREAT job.
