They have done work for me before and they put in a new electrical box. This job was miscellaneous group of project for electrical and they did a fine job.

They figured out a complex wiring situation in my ceiling which was my primary concern. Though I did have to add another screw to the bracket after they left so that the light would be flush with the ceiling. Wasnt really necessary, but I wanted it to lay flatter if possible. (I also think the light manufacturer is more responsible for this though!) Overall very friendly and expedient. They were also very accommodating and precautious given the COVID situation right now. Overall very friendly, relatable, reasonable, and genuine. I do wish they were more accommodating to use of credit cards, but thats nothing major.

The man that came out was a seemingly nice guy but he didn’t fix any of my problems. He didn’t check to see if outlets worked or not and promised to come back to replace a light switch and hot tub light.... he hasn’t returned or communicated with me and has fixed nothing.

They were prompt and did good work.

Tree damage cause the service to be changed. This required work beyond what I could do because it is a rental house. This type of repair I could have done otherwise. Bids were twice as much as I paid. New codes would have to been done except that this was storm damage and did not require upgrades. Work was done when scheduled. The work was clean but some grounding for other services (cable and phone) had not been re- connected. When told they came out and made these connections.

They came, they fixed, we paid. I was very satisfied that the work was done well and the price was fair. I've used them twice, and will use them again when I need electrical work done.

There was a GFI plug in our garage that we didn't know about. After learning that we had the roof and soffits powerwashed the day before the problem started, this electrician found a GFI plug in the garage that we had missed (we had already reset the 3 plugs inside the house). We also have two outdoor electrical outlets and he discovered they were both dead. CAUSE: The electrician believes that one of the outdoor outlets got some water in them, tripping all of our GFI plugs (which is what they are designed to do). Apparently, this is a common problem when homes are powerwashed.
He was here for only about half an hour and did not overcharge us (he even gave us a discount). He was very respectful and efficient. We will not hesitate to call this company again if we ever need electrical help.

Prompt, courteous service from start to finish.

It went very well. They I received a phone call them about 90 minutes after my request, saying someone could come 'right away' if that was convenient with me. It was, they arrived promptly and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes.

He did an excellent job. I will not hesitate to use him again.

They come when they say they are going to come. Their prices seem to be on par with everybody else’s prices. Once they fix something, we do not have to worry about it.
