Friday afternoon and by Monday afternoon they had replaced the hard drive. It crashed, which they explained can happen sometimes and it really isn't a user error. Everything was under warranty so I didn't pay a dime. I can't comment on their prices if you are out of warranty or didn't purchase Apple coverage. I'm glad I did.
