We'd been looking for someone to do a small repair job replacing two broken tiles at our entryway for several months. Of the 5 or 6 people we called during that time, Gatordone Tile was one of only two who even returned our calls. They showed up on time, gave me an estimate oif $150 for the repair, since they had a minimum charge, which I expected. They noticed that all of the entryway tiles were improperly set, something I had suspected myself, and offered to remove and reset the entire entryway -- 36 square feet -- for twice the price of replacing the two broken tiles. Luckily, we had many replacement tiles the builder had supplied when we bought the house, so we agreed.
The job required two days. The two workers were extremely professional, answered all our questions as they worked, and cleaned up afterwards. We were pleased with the job and will use Gatordone Tile again for similar jobs.
