Replaced screened porch with vinyl windows. They went out of business in middle of job and sent someone else to finish.

The gutters and shields worked well at first. I called because the sheilds stopped working making water flow off the roof and splash up on my home. It's been three months waiting for them to and quot;fit me into their scheduleand quot; They stated that they were really busy, this is not exceptable and I wouldn't use them again. I have nothing good to say about them now and I tell all about the way I have been treated.
A TERRIBLE COMPANY that is after the fast cash of an installation with no repair work done afterwards.

They came when they said they were going to. They did a good job and they charged what they said they would charge!

Work was performed in one day, and completed as we had requested. All went very well.

As scheduled

I signed on the dotted line and Gator Aluminum will be coming out shortly to finish the job. I will update after the job is completed. I know already that I will be satified. If I have questions after the job is completed I feel confident that Mr Russell will be glad to address them persoanlly.

Called for an estimate, i described the work I wanted done, and the office mgr had the owner call me back with a estimate. I told them to proceed and they scheduled a time to complete the work. The work was completed on the date and time agreed apoun and for the price in the estimate.

My experience with Gator Aluminum was very positive. Don, the owner, took the time to sit with me and explain what the difference was between window types. There were no high pressure sales tactics. The guys that came to install the window were awesome, and had the job done in about 3 hours. I'd definitely use them again.
