Gator Air and Energy

I had to go through Choice Home Warranty since I had a whole house warranty. Choice didn't want to cover it since I was a new customer so they denied the claim stating it was due to a lack of maintenance. I followed up with Gator Air and Energy surprised they told Choice that. That's when I found out what Choice had said about me being a new customer. Richard, at Gator Air, let me know that the unit is 20 yrs old and that the problem was due to normal wear and tear not neglect and that is what he told Choice. Choice denied they were told that, Richard put everything in writing since Choice declined a 3 way call and sent that to Choice as well as me. He is a very professional business man and says his reputation is important to him. He stands by what he says and does. I appreciate all the time and effort Gator Air and Energy has put into the project to make sure the job is done correctly!

Update:  This is a rental and so I had to trust the work was done.When I went up a month later I found the unit was on cement blocks instead of a cement pad. I contacted him immediately and after some arguing he agreed to put in the cement pad as required by code, by the end of the week.  He did and sent me pictures to verify.  I went up the following week and confirmed it was completed. ;A small issue but does say something the cement blocks were left laying on the ground around the unit. I didn't call back on that just hauled them away myself, they are NOT light, A little frustrating.
