It didnt "go" at all. No callback. Have called this place several times over the years and NEVER got a callback. Dont waste your time. The last 2 times I called I must have hit a deadspot, guy couldnt hear me(?) Hungup. I called back a few minutes later, no answer (yes, it was still during their hours of operation). I called back later, left a message. Still no return call.

First off "Pat" when called did not bother to let me know, "the customer", that there would be a 150.00 service charge just to come out. When the tech showed up after looking at my system he told me they would change it out for 1700.00. System worked with the key fob, but key pad wasn't familiar so this is what they offer... Crooked bunch and I rather leave my gate open than work with this group again... If I could give minus 5 stars I would... STAY AWAY.

Arrived ahead of scheduled time. Workers installed wire to solar panel in pipe below ground, solar panel for gate opener to fence. Control panel on pole(that was buried in ground with concrete). And hinges on fence post and gate and gate opener. The owner , Richard Lester, also came and helped assist with installation. Everyone did an EXCELLENT, quality job! They did not leave till everything was perfect working order. While this might have seemed a simple task, there was more involved than it seems. This installation and gate opener are SO MUCH better than the Mighty Mule, which had quite working. If you want a QUALITY automatic gate opener and a first class quality job done, go with Gates Elegante!

Richard and his team did a very good job. The job was easy, but they did it very quickly (matter of days). The railings are sturdy and have held up well outside with no signs of rust or paint chipping. When they sprayed one of the railings, they accidently sprayed my house. They did not point this out to me and did not clean it up. I expected more from them in this regard.
