I do all work unless a helper is needed or on larger jobs were time is a issue will bring in manpower as needed. I prefer Time and materials but will bid project if enough information is available . Billing is itemized on a spread sheet showing time worked , materials used, and a total per day cost. Material receipts copy's are available.
