We had 3 sides of our fence done by Gainesville Fence as a sub-contractor for our landscape company a few years ago. When it came time to do the last side, we chose Gainesville Fence because they did such a fine job the first time. Paul gave us a reasonable quote. He was helpful in working with our neighbor, who shared the fence and wanted a privacy fence. The rest of our fence is a box fence. Paul put a privacy fence facing the neighbor and then used extra slats on our side to match the look of the box fence. His team was very fast and professional. We have a great looking fence.
"1. Can you copy and scan a signed contract to verify all this? 2. Did I take any money from you? 3. Do you have a signed document of a promised start and completion date? My phone rings 20 to 30 times a day and can guarantee you I didn't memorize your number and just ignore you.. I'm a very small fence company and can only do so much work. Had we signed a contract and I received a deposit work would have been completed on schedule as you can see from other ratings.. everyone I actually did work for has given me high review..I will ask you not to deface my character and call me a lier when no work was promised, promise means a SIGNED contract and 50 percent deposit paid"
"We did a walk threw of the job and did not see any nails or water bottles at that time.. if you had called me and showed me the tire, I would have gladly paid and took care of the tire for you, but this is the first I heard of this.. yes we did pull the wire to tight and you said it was OK and didn't need to be fixed.. if it was a problem you should have contacted me and given me a chance before blasting me on Angie list.. as you said I'm an easy guy to work with and just ask for a chance to make things right"
