With the exception of price, it was well done, timely, and with no complications. Price was driven by the number of leaking sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced. If this had been done annually, the cost would have been spaced out over that time.

Stuart was here before the promised time, same day contacted, and got the valves mapped and repaired in very short order.

This was the second time we called on Four Seasons Irrigation and for the second time they were awesome! Stuart and his brother were able to be at our home ASAP. They assessed the problem quickly and were extremely knowledgeable. While I hope I don't ever need their services again, without question I would call them!

We needed to get our lawn irrigation system back up and running after we shut it off due to a leak. They didn't just fix the symptom, but the underlying condition as well. And they updated the timing of the sprinkler zones to make sure my beds were getting adequate water. They were timely, efficient and communicative. Couldn't have asked for better service!

The owner, Stuart and worker came the next morning to replace the broken pipe and cover. he advised us to insulate exposed pipes in the winter. A job well done!

Stuart returned my call within 20 minutes. We scheduled a time that worked for us both and he showed up exactly at that time. We have two different sprinkler systems, which I did not know and we don't use either one. He showed me where the shut-off valve was for the sprinkler system in the yard, which was where the leaking head was. Problem solved. He also capped off the system in the flower beds, so that now I can dig them up without worry of bursting a pipe.

I called Four Seasons at 2pm today (1/19/2016). Stuart answered the call. He and his partner showed up at my house within 30 minutes after our phone call. I was totally impressed with how fast they came out. I've never experienced such speedy response for any service calls. They came with truck and trailer full of material & equipment ready to repair anything. The good news is that there is no water leak. It turned out to be an educational session on how to set the water timer in the most efficient way and in compliance with local utility company's rule on lawn watering. They are courteous. Their professional inspection and advice cleared over my head the cloud of possible water leak. They also showed me where the irrigation water shut-off and the underground valve boxes of lawn watering zone location as future reference and emergency water leaks. They gave me additional discount for such easy service call because there was no repair needed. I highly recommend them.

I have shut off the lawn irrigation water for the month of January and will review my next month water bill.  I will write a follow up review of Four Seasons IF my next bill shows unusual water usage.

Stewart was punctual and professional.  Our home sprinkler system was originally installed 34 years ago and had been updated several times since but not for several years.  It was clear that with growth and change of landscaping it was time for a review.  He checked all the sprinkler heads and made recommendations as to which needed to be replaced or changed and which might be capped.  We inspected with him and he consulted us at every step.  Almost all the heads were leaking and/or not putting water where they should.  At my request the ones capped were done in such a way as to be easily found again if we wanted to use them in the future.  The changes resulted in a more efficient and better plant watering pattern and also less water use.  they charged $75 per hour plus parts.  We would certainly recommend them and use them again in the future.

As good of an experience as we've had in Gainesville.  Quick, on the spot, pricing, work done immediately, and provided options for future expansion, pricing.  Seems like they want to do things the "right" way.
