The office communicates well, and scheduled the job to our request for a first thing in the morning appointment. Their insurance agents promptly sent the requested proof of insurance.
The crew shows up on time, is polite and friendly, and does the job to our specifications. They offered us a choice between removing the debris or leaving it on site. We chose the later and it saved us a considerable amount.
We're wildlife rehabbers and were pleased to discover the crew shared our interest in wildlife and does everything they can to help the animals they encounter in their work. Point being, these are good guys.

Cut the large dead tree in to 10 ft sections and stacked it in a neat pile in a small woods on our property. This saved us considerable cost because they did no have to transport all these large sections to the landfill. They brought along a small Bobcat which really made the long removal fast.They shredded all the small branches and removed them.
The process was quick professional and finished in about 2-3 hours. They did have a arborist with them to supervise the trimming.
