They were very rude, and they told me that it was not worth their time. It was so bad. They said maybe I should call somebody else. I would not refer them. I would tell people never to use them.

Providence was on time for the meeting, however, she stated that she did not have time for the job.  She stated she is more interested in homes with higher value items and this was not worth her time.  She then proceeded to give me a number of an auction house owned by "joel" told me to call him.  I found out later she has a backend deal with him and gets a commission.  She was very cruel in  her communication with me, was not compassionate at all, even with the circumstance in which we were having an estate sale.  I would not recommend even calling this business, unless you want your feelings hurt and left in tears.
