The last two times the quarterly service has been done, the individual doing the service, has left the electric box opened, and the lights have been running 24 hours a day. When calling to report issues, you always get a voicemail and no one calls you back despite numerous attempts to contact them. - After 4 days, I finally got someone to call me back and fix the issue. The owner did call me back the following day to give me his personal cell number if I have any issues in the future
