Trying to remodel our house. Mr. Driscoll came out to the house and told us our walls are partition walls and not load bearing. Mr. Driscoll told us to call him if we needed anything. Called the permitting office and they told us we need a letter from an engineer stating that the walls are not load bearing. Called Mr. Driscoll and he said, "I can't remember what I had for lunch today, how am I supposed to remember your house?" LOL. And that the letter would make him legally liable. That's what we thought we were paying a professional for. Thanks for nothing. GO TEAM DRISCOLL!
