After numerous calls to Cox about internet connection problems which resulted in zero results I decided to call Dog Bytes. I've had previous dealings with Dog Bytes and was always pleased with them so I was confident they would help me. My computer issue required a service call to my home. I already knew the Geek Squad would charge $350 for the call and a Cox rep had quoted me $250 for the call. The first hour with Dog Bytes would cost $90. Hmmm......that was an easy decision. Jeff from Dog Bytes showed up on time as scheduled and had my computer up and running in no time. Happy dance, happy dance. The entire staff at Dog Bytes are computer experts that really know their stuff. Honest, professional, very reasonably priced, a local company not a corporation.....what more could you ask for.

Being fairly new to the Gainesville area I found Dog Bytes Computer on Angie's List and noted the good reviews. I decided to give them a try, called and talked with manager Jeff about my 2 1/2 year old HP Pavilion desktop's symptoms, and next day dropped off CPU for repair. They have a small but very well organized office on 53 Ave. A few days later I picked up the CPU, and was quite happy with the price for labor and new HD, which included some gratis work, virus software, and helpful comments.
