Discount Tire

The reason I went to these guys is simple—last year, when I needed some lawn tractor tires installed that I had purchased elsewhere, they did it at no charge! They even supplied new valve stems for the tires. Wow! I couldn't believe it. So, I vowed that my next tire purchase would be through Discount Tires, and I'm glad I did. I used to order my tires through tire rack.com, but this was much easier, quicker, and actually cheaper going with the local store.
I love that this place only does tires. No oil changes, no brakes. Just tires. The guys at the front desk are friendly and professional. They tell you right away how long it will take (and it was an accurate estimate). The prices are very reasonable. I love their website. You can do all the and quot;shoppingand quot; online, comparing various tires. I found a tire that was perfect for my needs, ordered it online, and set me appointment in the process. Everything went smoothly. I will be buying all my tires through Discount Tire from now on.

I initially called for an estimate. Called back, immediately made an appt for later that day. Although I had an idea of what I wanted they were very patient explaining my options. The prices are competitive with the other companies, but I was very impressed with their customer service skills. They do price match. With such great customer service, it's worth it to come here.

They have been very good. They have been good on their prices, good on their products, great on their service. They are accurate and you can believe them if they say if your car needs to be looked at. They were quick and on the ball. Their prices are good. They are good, clean, quality, and accurate.

Do your research....as far as one comment saying the inside tread was bad, I did not hear that to the two in front of me...sounded like they were addressing the issues to the persons....but then again, I already ordered what I needed on line before I got there...so there was no sales or questions to me, just did what I had ordered.

I was having two tires replaced at Discount tire. While waiting to have them replaced, I noticed one of the technicians telling another customer that she would need to purchase additional tires because of inside tread separation. This was a little odd to me as inside tread separation isn't all that comI mon. A few minutes later he told another customer the same thing. As you may have guessed, I was told the same thing an hour later. The guy was blatantly ripping people off. He knows you can not visually see inside tire tread separation. He will try to show you how the tire goes up and down on the balance machine. New tires will do this. If you try to replace only two tires, you will more than like be told to purchase all 4 tires. It is up to you on whether or not to believe what they say. Also, they say they offer FREE tire repair. if you get a nail in your tire. Every person that I noticed trying to take advantage of this offer we sold a new tire. They were told that the tire wasn't repairable. There were too many similarities in sales tactics during my short wait time.
