DIAMOND CAB

I called Diamond Cab a day ahead to reserve an early morning cab to the airport. The next morning at 5am, no cab. I called at 10 after and listened as the dispatcher yelled at the cab driver for not telling him that he needed to pick someone up that morning. He then told me someone would be there in 7-8 minutes. 10 minutes later, I saw a cab slowly driving by the house, so I ran outside to wave it down. It kept going and turned the corner. I waited five more minutes, fuming, until he turned the corner at the top of the street to do another drive by. I stood in the middle of my street for another 5 minutes, yelling to him at 5am (the neighbors loved me by now), and he still couldn't figure out where i was. When I finally got in the cab, he actually lied and told me he had been outside since 4.59am and knew exactly what my address was, which was ridiculous since I had been looking out the window for him since 4.50am. When I caught him in his lie, he became huffy and then and drove in silence the rest of the way. Now running 30 minutes late, it then took him 10 minutes to provide $5 in change once we got to the airport. I will NEVER use this company again.
