I purchased a small condo six years ago and he came to inspect the unit. He did a very thorough job with no rush. That's what I like about him. So when I'm on the market for home buying again six years later, I contacted him again. He came right on time and did a very detailed job on the home inspection. After the inspection he emailed me the report and the preventative maintenance plan. I really liked the fact that he took time to inspect every detail in the house, not just get and get out.
