Yet again our cable tv and internet service would randomly drop out. So I had to spend 20 mins on the phone repeating my self over and over again to the automated system and multiple calls to reach a real live person. When I finally did they said they had to send someone out. The closest appointment time was 2 days out.
The day came for the contractor for Cox to come out and by that time the issue had resolved it self and they were not able to locate the issue. So now I have to wait for it to do it again and call and wait for another tech to come out.

ALL F's! I am not happy at all! It's impossible to get through to them. My old internet address is interfering with their internet service constantly, and they say it's not their fault. Plus, they are rude. It takes like an hour to get through to them. I have tried to contact them by phone. You never get someone local; it's always out of state. They give you a time frame if they have to come out. I have had a very bad experience with Cox. I probably will be switching to another carrier.
