The service went well. After the three hours, I used them for additional service of painting and I am still having difficulty of getting them to come and finish. I left messages and e-mails and I still have not got a call back. I also have additional work for them which I have not been able to go over with them because I have not got a call back. They would make a lot more money if they follow-up. I think I would try someone else just for the fact that I told them I had additional work for them and they still have not called back which means they probably have too much right now so I might find someone else that has a good grade as well. Maybe, it is worth giving them a try. It is taking just taking a long time to even complete. I still have $500 for them and they have yet to call me.

I called on Monday 12-1-15 and talked to Ashley she was able to get schedule for Tuesday before my new furniture would come. She didn't give a window time frame either. On Tuesday Brent had come to my apartment on time and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets!!!

Their work was fast, meticulous, and unbelievably tidy. After they left I looked carefully for any spots or spills or smudges. I was pretty amazed to see not a single imperfection. The guys were very pleasant, quiet, and fast. I would never use any other company in the future.

Well, the person who did the work was great but what I didn't realize is when I came out to do the estimates that I was going to have to pay that no matter how long it persists and it only took him half as much time to do the work so I still had to pay for a full an hour and you know, other companies that I have worked for said okay really, we can't guarantee this because we have to charge more but we only charge you for the work that we do but this company I guess just had problems with people insisting that they honor the original estimates even when it takes longer, so they way over estimated the amount of time it would take so I was happy with the work but I wouldn't use them again unless we agreed a head of time, and what it would mean for me to accept an estimate that I wouldn't do it  that way again. But the work was great, the guy was good and he ended up being alot more expensive and they did offer to do some other things while they were here to kind of make up for the actual time but it's a lot and it was one thing that they did but there were still the other things that I could have had them do so we couldn't really do them, but I was quite happy with the work done. I think these guys are mostly really good carpenters that they are because of the painting business and that's why they are extending into the home handyman stuff but really what they are very good at is anything to do with the carpentry, so am not sure I would ask them to do anything with plumbing or electrical, you know any of that. Anyway, I may use them again but am going to make absolutely sure that we agreed ahead of time, and of course they charge for their travel time, that was part of the time so even for that three hours $150, so I actually paid like $470 but instead of eight or nine hours which they asked me, they took like four hours to do the work, so I ended up paying for eight hours. The person who did the work was just super. The workmanship was great.

It was fine. They did a good job.  He was very good. He was courteous. He did the job as expected. He didn't leave anything lying around.

Coverall was very professional from Charles who came out to do the bid to Rick who did our painting. Charles gave us a very detailed quote and was a pleasure to work with. From the time of him coming to the job to getting my full quote was less than 24 hours. Charles also helped us match and pick colors. We were put on the schedule very quickly and  Rick did a really great job on our home. Very good coverage of the areas that got painted and nice clean lines where the ceilings meet the walls. They prepped the areas properly before painting by doing some calking and spaciklng as well as patching a little bit of drywall. The entire process went smooth and quickly. I am planning on using them again very soon to do some more work.

Never sent the estimate, wasted our time. It would be nice if they just said they don't want to do it then I won't have to waste a couple of hours for nothing. If they want to be considered professionals, then they need to do what they say.

My customer hired them on my recommendation (I'm a realtor) and he lives out of state.   The customer flew in for the closing and Cover-all came and did the work starting the very next day, so timing and coordination were important.  Coverall not only gave a fair price, and not only did exactly what they promised, but they offered to do additional work for a small add-on charge, which my customer appreciated.  They went above and beyond in my opinion.  They showed up on time, got the whole job with extras done in two days, so that the home could be relisted as a freshly repainted rental property.  
There was even one afternoon when my customer went for a drive and got lost, and did not return by 3:30 to lock up, and the crew called me to alert me, so I could swing by and lock up the house.  Other contractors might not have done that, but might have just packed up their gear and left, leaving the door unlocked.   
Coverall uses quality paints, courteous staff, and they have multiple crews so that can get the job done on time and on budget.  You might find a lower price from another shade tree painter, but if he doesnt show up on time, doesnt finish on time, or uses cheap paint, you are getting what you paid for.   As for me, I wouldnt want to use anyone but Coverall.

Outstanding.  As a Realtor I have found it hard to find quality contractors in this area to recommend, but I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.  They were very professional from the beginning.  They showed up on time every time, did exactly what they promised at the price they quoted.  My customer was from out of state and there was a 3 day window to get the interior of the entire home redone, all the painting, caulking and grouting, including grout and caulk around the tubs and kitchen sink.  The painting included the interior of every room, including closets and closet doors.  

The crew we got were great and very helpful to my customer, who is a senior citizen.  For example, on one day, they had to leave but my customer had not made it back, and they alerted me to the problem, so I could make sure the door locked on the house. Also, they went above and beyond to help him and me get this house ready to be re-listed.   They completed the job on time and even did a few extra things gratis, like some caulking at the kitchen counter.

After they started I learned they do a lot more services that just painting, including handyman-type repairs and carpet cleaning.  So, we had the Cover-all carpet cleaner come do the steam cleaning of the carpet, too, after they finished painting, rather than having to find another contractor to come quote it and do the work.  The carpet cleaner also did a great job at a reasonable price and is worthy of his own excellent review. When both crews were done the house looked like new!

I have tried to pressure wash the fascia, etc. myself, even using bleach, and couldn't make a difference.  Our house looks newly painted! Really please with how great it turned out.

Cover All had came to my home and gave me an Free Estimate. Charles was such a nice gentlemen and very knowledgeable. Charles had help me pick out colors for my home. He even came back and put paint samples on my walls. The painters had came to my home and painted my home in 4 days. I had a total of 5 different wall colors and a trim and door color. I had accent walls in 3 rooms. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the painters and how well they did at painting my home. I also had 2 doors that needed to be replaced. They had removed all the old doors and installed the new doors then painted them. I am very pleased with Cover All Painting & Repairs and would use them again. I will be calling them to paint the outside of my home as well. I love the fact they are insured and bonded and absolutely committed to Customer satisfaction.

I called Coverall to get an estimate on a complex job of repairing and painting the trim of the entire interior of our home.The receptionist was very professional and scheduled someone to come out and give an estimate. The person (Todd?) came on time, and went about collecting the information for the estimate.The office promised me an estimate by the end of the day (7/3/12). At the end of the day I got a call apologizing that the estimate would not be ready until the next day (despite the next day being July 4th), and I was given some ballpark figures as well as timing.At the end of 7/4/12, not having received an estimate, I called Coverall and was forwarded to Todd's phone. What I got were some mumbled excuses about not being able to do the job and that was it, after being strung along for two days.I really had the impression that this was a professional company, I guess I was proven wrong.

It took about 5 hours to do everything. They had also moved all of my stuff away from the wall. The gentlemen where great.
