It was terrible. They slapped the wood on and covered it up and acted like nothing was there. I brought the place and they covered it up. They slapped some hardwood and tried to hide it. I put a sliding glass door in, they took the door out. We had to board it up until with fixed it. It was rot and water damage behind the walls. They just slapped some fresh boards to cover it up, painted it, and acted like nothing was there. Once I called her out on it and brought her out there and showed her, they decided to cancel the contract with the entire condominium association. The owner wasn't as bad as the one lady. I just had a bad experience with Maria Rameriez
