Got rearended in Jax and since I saw no damage I foolishly let the guy go. Later I saw that my rear bumper and lower fenders were pushed in about 2 inches but with no denting or creasing. Explained to City Collision what happened, they quoted $78 for Rand R rear bumper to see what was what.
Took it in and 1-1/2 hour later the guy said it's all fixed. !! $76. Showed me the car and it looked like maybe the bumper was pulled out 1/2 inch. Not fixed at all. Actually it looked like nothing at all was done. I asked if bumper was actually removed and he said it was. I was late for a Dr appt so I left, returning later to show him that also the trunk floor was caved in--he didn't want to mess with it. So this may have been a misunderstanding--he DID probably Rand R the bumper but the damage wasn't repaired. I didn't feel I wanted to return but I of course wanted it fixed right, even if it was a couple hundred bucks. If it looked right to them I decided to go elsewhere (which I haven't done yet).

City Collision told me the work would take two day and the car was ready in two days. Work was great and car looked like new. Office staff was friendly and very professional.

I was involved in an accident and this was one of the two providers that the insurance company used. Upon arrival the office was very busy, but very friendly and they did apologize and told me they would be right with me. I did not wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes. The man came to look at my car, I showed him the damages, signed a few papers and was on my way. Since the other insurance company was paying for the damages, I still received a phone call stating the amount it would cost to fix the damages. The man who called advised how long it would take to repair (3 days). Upon the 3rd day, my car was ready and it looked as good as new. I would like to be able to fix my front bumper as well, and they did provide me with as estimate. That is definitely something I will look at in the future. The price seemed right and they did an excellent job.
