Work is progressing satisfactorily.

Communication was horrible. First crew failed, 2nd crew did a 'hurried' job, quote from owner, and required multiple fixes, hired another painter to do the fixed. And it was a simple job - empty house, one coat of flat, same color except for bath & kitchen. Professional estimate up front, great sales pitch, but totally unprofessional work, attitude, and resolution.

From my first visit with Mark to the last hand shake when the work was complete I had a very warm, friendly prefessional experence. The job was finish within the time stated. Had a small misunderstanding but we straightened it out, and I think possibly there needed to be a little more supervision. But I think that was addressed as well. Overall, I'm pleased.

I hired CertaPro to paint the interior of my house. They did an excellent job and were very attentive to any requests I had during the painting process. The only problem we had was one day when the crew did not show up for work delaying the job an extra day.

Pleasant hard working couple did an excellent job and left everyday with work areas cleaned up. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. They live in Keystone Heights FL and were convenient to the site.

Amazing! Owner of the company contacted me within hours of submitting the request. He came out to do estimate, showed up with the painting crew on the day of the project, and called just hours after the project was done to make sure I was satisfied. There was one area we needed them to touch up and they were out the next morning to do so. Wonderful service!!

The paining team was prompt, courteous and very neat. There were absolutely no mistakes. They had to move furniture, patch cracks and they did it all! I would highly recommend CertaPro.
