I would not use them again, they were not bad, they just did not do anything for me. They do not sell many houses in this area and they want you to spend your million dollars instead of the hundred thousand you want to spend. They tend to show you all crap. The listing that I ended up buying was a listing I found and made them show me. If I decide that moving here was not the best and I sold I would look for a different agent.
