They are prompt, easy to work with and reasonably priced. I will recommend them and use them, again.

Did a good job showed up on time very neat very patient and beat the Lowes prices plus Lowes was not going to do the gas stove and other appliance places were not either but Dave ad Austin did it all did it quickly and neatly and carefully. Can't thank them enough. Will now use them for all my appliance service needs.

I was referred to Burton's via Old Republic Home Insurance - they were supposed to come out and fix my dishwasher that has been showing 99+ minutes for each cycle and then doesn't turn off.  It was impossible to get someone to call back to even schedule a visit; then when they ordered new parts, I had to call every few days to see the status.  If someone actually answered, they acted like it wasn't an issue that they had received the part and neglected to contact me to set up a date/time for install.  The repair process had been going on for MONTHS!  After a frustrating wash cycle on the dishwasher, I called Burton's Appliance to state how unacceptabel the service has been and got a call back AFTER 9pm on a Sunday night.  Needless to say, my dishwasher is still broken.

I called and spoke with someone about getting my ice dispenser repaired.  They acted like they didn't want the job and the rates to come to my house to do the work were ridiculous.

He's punctual and honest. He even told us that if we could find a older model of our washer that he could fix ours so that its better than before. Honesty is a deal braker for us so it's very important that we can trust who we work with.

Our home owner's insurance company found Burton's Appliance for us. They came out twice to fix the machine and it still kept breaking. They knew what they needed to fix the machine, but didn't bring the part with them and then wanted to charge us an additional amount of money to come back out again with the part four days later. They were rude. Our insurance company let us stop using them after we explained that they had been out previously, that they wanted extra money, and how they were treating us when they did come out.

They were excellent. They came to diagnose the problem the same day I initially called, even though it wasn't an emergency. For the followup appointment the technician arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly made the repair. He was knowledgable and professional and  the price was very reasonable. The cost of the first visit included in the repair cost. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Their price is outstanding compared to others.

Excellent, came when scheduled, fixed problem promptly for a reasonable price. I will certainly use them again for appliance problems.
