We purchased family room horizontal curtains from Budget Blinds less than 4 years ago and had trouble with the guides breaking so that the curtain could not close. We purchased the window coverings with a exclusive 5 year no questions asked unconditional warranty. We called their office and asked to have the broken pieces replaced-which was a simple replacement part fix. Instead, the owner Jody ordered the incorrect parts then sent their repair guys out to fix it. They took one look and said she ordered the wrong parts, they called and told her about the mistake then took photos of the part needed to show her what to order. To shorten this long story-which runs from October 2019-March 2020, Jody couldn't figure out how to order the part, did not look at the photos but instead blamed her consistent errors on the manufacturer and anyone else in the way. We continued to request the curtain to be fixed but she got defensive, nasty and refused to talk with us- the customer. We got in touch with the manufacturer, in Jacksonville, Fl. and they sent the correct parts to BB.The manufacturer representative came up from Orlando picked up the correct parts from BB and finally fixed it. BB had the parts but they refused to come out and fix the problem. When the rep went to BB in Gainesville, they, BB, refused to talk with him or give him directions to our house. In short. we will never do business with this franchised business again and would never recommend them to anyone needing expensive window treatments.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the results. The owner was able to come and give us an estimate in a timely manner and was very helpful in presenting different options. He and an assistant did the work in a professional manner and they took all the old blinds, packaging, etc. with them. I'm sorry that I don't recall the cost but I know that it was quite reasonable (as the company name implies). The job involved 5 windows with each requiring 3 sets of shutters. That's a lot of windows and they ended up looking uniform and easy to operate and clean. I will call upon them again when I decide what I want to do with the rest of my windows.

I'm very satisfied with the service I've received from Budget Blinds. Appointments are kept on time; installation is quick; if there are problems, Bruce & Jodie respond quickly. However, problems have only been minimal. I've had an incident in which a blind stopped working and it was replaced quickly & without charge. Very good company to work with!

Extremely professional, great design suggestions and assistance. These guys came through on their promises each time, every time. Sales person AND installers worked to our schedule and were courteous, professional and on time. Installers did a great job cleaning up after the install. We have not had any good experiences with contractors since moving to Gainesville but these guys are the exception. Great work!!

We had them several times and they do excellent work. It was no cost for the repair. One of the mechanisms stopped working, so they fixed it.
We are very happy with their performance and their work. I think the price was fair, the work was very good and the product was very good. It was the owner that came.
