It went well. Buchholz staff were thorough and very professional. The end result was that my Jeep came back to me as if it had just rolled off of the production line.

Experience could not have been better! From preparing the quote to dealing with the insurance company and performing the work. Becky kept me informed every step of the way and my involvement was picking the car up at the end. The job was well done and car looks like it did when wee bought it ! Highly recommend them as they were easy to deal with and very professional throughout the process!

Estimate was spot on, it had to be adjusted several times as was explained. Work was done on the schedule they predicted. Wonderful job with damage repair to my daughters car. I am in Ohio, she is in Florida. It was wonderful to work with their staff over the phone.

Took the care in for an estimate and the first available time for repairs was only a week away. Estimate was for four days, work was completed in three. The result is "good as new". The car was returned clean and personal items left on the back seat were as I left them. The staff is very friendly yet professional and no time is wasted in getting preliminary work in order. Pick-up was quick and Buccholz has a good relationship with Enterprise for pick-up and return of ... well.... "me". I appreciate both and how they work together to eliminate the stress usually involved in this kind of work.

I couldn't be more pleased. From getting the estimate to picking up my finished vehicle, I was impressed with the professionalism shown by everyone at Buchholz Paint & Autobody. Not only did they fully explain the process and answer my questions, they exceded my expectations with the final result. I would highly recommend them.

I was involved in a collision with a 250-300 pound wild hog which apparently decided to commit suicide-by-car at 12:30 AM on a remote rural road. I was able to brake to drop my speed from 60 down to about 30 before impact but the collision punched a deep dent in my front bumper cover and severely damaged several underlying structures including the I-beam and passenger-side lights. I checked around (online and with the local Ford dealership) for recommendations and was repeatedly pointed to Buchholz as a provider with a strong reputation for high-quality repairs. I contacted Buchholz and they had me drop the car off at their workshop. They arranged for a rental car for me through a well-known national rental agency and they handled dealing with the insurance company damage appraiser. Aside from contacting my insurance and getting the car to the workshop I literally didn't have to do anything except pay my insurance deductible. Buchholz arranged to use OEM parts throughout (bumper, I-beam, foam insert, light assemblies) and were able to restore my new car to the original factory appearance. The paint and finish are a perfect match for the original - you literally cannot tell there was an impact.
I was very nervous about having my brand new car (2000 miles on the odometer) repaired in such a visible spot. I am completely satisfied with the work done by Buchholz and would recommend them to anyone.

They were very good and efficient. They did a good job. Something actually went wrong the first time but they fixed it. They also provided good customer service.

The repaired the rear bumper on our new Sienna. I like the quality of their work. I also like their speed and delivery.

I have used them three or four times. They do a beautiful job, and they are very nice. My son was in a car accident, and they did a perfect job. Six months later I took the car into a dealer, and the dealer told me the engine mounts was busted. The dealer was going to charge me eight hundred dollars to fix it. I called the body shop, and they said they could fix it for twenty dollars. The body shop then let me know it could be busted from the car accident, and they called my insurance adjuster. My insurance adjuster said it was from the accident so the insurance company covered it. It was great that the body shop offered to call the insurance company for me.
