The pressure washing took a long time because the weather was not working on our favor for the first few days. I would not say that they are excellent, but I would recommend them mainly because of their attitude and for their cooperation.

It didn’t go that well, he was very slow. I thought he should have been done faster.

As stated by another reviewer, Bryce is a nice guy.  I have used his services for 2 years over 3 houses.  He has performed services such as installing outside motion lights, replacing door sills, doing outside siding and a variety of things.  He does have a problem with morning hours, routinely would say "10 oclock" and show at noon.  I was very pleased with his work UNTIL................

he was asked to fix a leaky tub faucet at my son's home and ended up punching a hole in the copper tubing in the wall.  He

wouldn't accept that he did that and it took an outside party to show him that he had.  In the interim,w e hired a plumbing firm to repair the leak for $500.00!  To his credit Bryce did offer to give back 1/2 of the fee.............but by that time, my family had had enough.

That was my first experience of him telling us that he COULD fix the problem, that it would take 5-6 hours and cost $700-800!  In fact he COULD NOT fix the problem, it cost 1/2 of that both in time and $ for a plumbing firm to repair the damage he had caused.

Be aware that sometimes he can't do it.............................we will probably hire someone else next time.

He came out and he took a look at the porch.  He was confident about it.  That’s what made me say yes.  It turned out to be a failure. They came out as soon as they could.  They worked but it was not really what I expected.  There were a couple of days where they just didn't work at all.

First let me say that Bryce is a nice guy.  However, his workmanship and that of his crew left a lot to be desired.  The only thing that went well was repairing the door so it would close tightly and the gate. However I wanted them to install an "Easy Gate" kit so the gate wouldn't rack and sag but they could not figure out how to install it.  They wound up bracing it with cross peices which worked out ok and installed the lock. Everything else had to be redone, closet door didn't close properly and still is not quite right. After the wood rot was repaired the weatherstripping for the door was stuffed haphazardly into place. It bulged out of the slot it was suppose to fit into and looked awful. I ultimately got this into the groove and smoothed into place. The door we already had which had been taken off the bath so we could install a vanity, was hung on the closet.  After several conversations I was able to get the new door hung as it need the hinges and door knob installed as well.  The ceiling work was no better than I could have done but the worst was sheet rock.  After they got done sand over the course of 3 days it was still lumpy and uneven.  I would up sanding it myself so I could paint it.  My husband then had a great time finagling the electric outlets as they set them so far back in the wall you couldn't get the switch plates screwd on or straight.  Over all I wold not recommend him.  The only person who did a great job was the guy who worked for him but had a landscaping business on the side.  We had him clean out the gutters, weed wack and bleow the leaves into the beds. I'd hire him again.

He was great. He did some minor plumbing issues and a couple of outside light fixtures. Also, some fence panels needed replaced. The tenant said he was great. He showed up when he was supposed to. We made the arrangements.

Bryce is able to do many things, including plumbing, wood work, painting, etc, and has done many projects for us. Bryce has always done a wonderful job on every project. He often goes above and beyond what the project entails. For instance, when he was at our house recently, he noticed that the pavers on one of our walkways was uneven so he dug up the area and removed the large branches that were elevating the pavers in that area at no charge...he fixed it merely because he did not want us to continue to trip over this area. This is just one example of the many extra things that Bryce has done at no charge for us over the past 6 months.
As I mentioned before, I would highly recommend using Bryce for all of your handyman needs. I always call Bryce first to see if he can do the project before calling anyone else.

I have used Bryce Lamp many times. This was my latest encounter . He does large and small projects. I have always been afraid to replace my valves because of their frozen state. Bryce has always done excellent work, so I decided to take a chance. He calls before he comes and is one of a few that actually arrive on time. We are always able to coordinate around my work schedule. The invoices are detailed and a receipts for materials attached. When completed, does a good cleanup, I never have to go in back of him. Some other projects he has done for me include, re screening my porch and replacing outdoor pipes. I finally found someone who is reliable and I can count on to do a good job.
