Our exterior paint project was just finished this week. The entire process was smooth and exactly as expected/described in our initial walkthrough. The level of communication I received throughout the entire project was incredible, and the crew was very professional and detail-oriented. We are very pleased with the end result--our house looks brand new.

Bracewell CBC Painting, LLC did an astounding job painting the exterior of our house. His crew had great attention to detail from the carpentry repairs to the finish paint job. The crew was always on time and very friendly. The crew was able to transform a terrible paint job that was peeling off into a pristine outside that the neighbors are constantly praising while beating the prices of his competitors. As part of the prep the crew also pressure washed our driveway, walkways, and patios which really made the paint job pop once they were done. The crew kept the job site clean from start to finish and required no cleanup afterwards! The owner promised 100% satisfaction and I feel 120% satisfied. I would highly recommend.

Sam and Jack are an awesome team. From the very start they always kept me informed, did what they said they were going to do, and were very respectful of my property. They were very knowledgeable about their business and personable. This is the first time I have hired a contractor that I did not have to go behind them and do some cleanup!!! Their work was meticulous and any question or concern I had was addressed or corrected promptly (color change was my fault). They even went the extra mile to correct and advise me on some things we needed to correct. This was the best experience I have had with any contractor and I have hired many over time. I was a little skeptical of the price but it was well worth it for the quality. They also reassured me that if there was a concern they would be happy to fix it if I needed them to....I didn t find anything! I was completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Sam and his crew came to help me after the previous painter made a mess of the job and got white paint all over my red brick walls and porch. They did an excellent job of cleaning up someone else's mess. Then set to work and did the job right. They are friendly, courteous, always on time, meticulous and efficient. They quote was fair and I would definitely be keeping him in my contact list as my preferred paint contractor. Thank you guys for a excellent job.

Sam gave a fair estimate for the painting. We discussed the start date, and that it might be delayed by weather. It was delayed a few days due to weather, through no fault of his own. Once started, he and his crew showed up every day on time and put in a full day. Upon completion he and his crew made a walkdown with me and We caught an fixed a very few minor problems. I would definitely hire him again and would also deco him to anyone needing a painting contractor

After initially meeting with Sam to go over the finer details of what we wanted, both my wife and I were confident we'd found the right company for our exterior paint project. Sam went above and beyond what we expected, coming out on a Saturday, giving us his estimate and even making some suggestions that had never occurred to us. He finished up his estimate with the statement: "At the end, you and I will walk around the site and my team will not leave until we've earned a 5-star rating from you." True to his word, Sam did a walk through with us and did not leave until we were completely satisfied. During his initial estimate, Sam was very thorough in explaining exactly what he planned on doing, answering our questions and giving us helpful advice based on his 20+ years of experience in this business. He helped us to identify problems areas and offered up very reasonable solutions. The materials and processes Sam and his crews use are top-notch, high quality materials which will no doubt last for many years with only cursory maintenance required. His crew showed up on the appointed day and quickly went to work. He's got a hard-working team, who was very diligent in methodically preparing our home for painting while ensuring they took extra special care not to damage anything. It's easy to see that this is a well-honed operation. His team has a very precise process when it comes to exterior painting and I watched as they started at one corner and worked their way around the house. It was amazing to watch as they transformed something that was old and faded into something new and shiny. His crew works very quickly and I don't recall ever seeing them sitting around taking breaks, just a solid stream of quality work. You might be able to find cheaper companies out there, but I promise you, they will not take care of your home like Sam and his team will.
