Bosshardt Property Management offers residential property management for Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Associations, and small to medium sized Apartments. We provide our clients a choice of full management services or leasing agent only services. We provide services either directly or through third party vendors in accounting, marketing, asset protection, tenant screening, maintenance, on call and emergency maintenance. We are the only company in our area that guarantees your property will always be shown by a licensed agent. For Commercial Clients we offer Asset Management, Budgeting, Leasing, and Tenant Representation. We have over 10 years experience managing a large portfolio of Medical, Retail and Office space in the Gainesville and Ocala areas. Currently we are handling asset retention and disposition for both commercial and residential bank owned properties. For our distressed properties we have experience in assisting our clients with loan modifications.

As always, the work was done promptly, competently and professionally. I have been working with Earl Wilson and Trish Potter from the Ocala office for the past several years. They promptly apprised me of the issues, my options, promptly put together a team of contractors to provide estimates, helped with the planning and execution of work and ensured that the work was completed with the minimum degree of fuss. I am very happy with the quality of work and the degree of professionalism exhibited by Bosshardt Property Management personnel, especially Earl and Trish. A full five stars from me!!

As a remote owner, I appreciate that they are professional, communicate extremely well, and equally care about the property owners and the individuals renting the property. From handling a situation with a bad renter to helping a tenant when the a/c unit died, they understand tenant/landlord laws extremely well and are on top of repairs.

I've been renting for about 30 years total, I have never had a smoother renting experience with Bosshardt. Within 3 days of contacting them and explaining what I needed, they had several options matching my needs. We found the home within that time. We set up the contract and the deposit and all the paperwork, within 30 days we were able to move. Their contract is simple and straight forward, a great experience. It's never been so easy renting from a wonderful company. I was stunned at how simple and easy it was. They are such a friendly company, convenient payment options; they really make it easy. They are understanding and flexible with any issues that may come up. Whenever I have an issue that needs to be fixed, it's usually resolved that same day.
I cannot recall anytime I've had to call them for an issue on the property that they haven't been there the same day.
