I feel bad because he works very hard and doesn't charge enough. He is wonderful. He is a perfectionist like I am. Cleaned our roof off and all of the gutters, Pressure washed our entire house. Our driveway, the front of the house where the curb is, We have a patio where most people have a swimming pool, about the size of that and it's all screened in. He cleaned all of that, all the little area around there, cement and everything.
He only charged us $250 and he was there 3 afternoons for hours and hours. A real bargain with him! He works every minute of daylight and doesn't take breaks.
