I hit a deer with my 12 year old Toyota Camry. Autocrafters repaired the body damage and my insurance company paid for most of the repair.
The process of making an auto insurance claim to repair collision damage can require some hand holding. However my insurance company has a well defined protocol with Autocrafters so the process was simple for me.
I simply had to drop off the car; Autocrafters and my insurance company took care of the rest. I would recommend calling Autocrafters and your insurance company daily just to be sure you are aware of the progress.
It helps to be familiar with LKQ - Like Kind Quality. Some people insist on OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts but all parties save money if you agree to use LKQ parts. In my experience I've had no trouble with LKQ parts. The fit and finish of the repair was very satisfactory.
I would also suggest that you anticipate that the repair may take a few more days than expected. Sometimes they find additional damage once they start the repair. This can be especially frustrating if the repair must be extended over a weekend or if a rental car is involved.
I'm very satisfied with Autocrafters and I would use them again.

WARNING - There is a thief targeting the Autocrafters in Gainesville stealing audio equipment. I had over $1,000 in audio stolen from a car left with Autocrafters. Now...the horrible part is Autocrafters is in no way responsible if any items are stolen from a car regardless of the circumstances. If you bring your car there and it must be left overnight and something is stolen you are on your own to take care of it. This is not a and quot;what ifand quot; situation. This recently took place. Yes...exactly! A car was left overnight and apparently broken into to remove built-in audio. No, the items were not something sitting on a seat. Built-In audio was removed from the car inside the locked, gated area and again, Autocrafters is in no way responsible in any way for the theft.
