Atlas Carpet Care

I've used Atlas for home and office for over 20 years (back then, they had only one office) and have always been extremely pleased with the results, including office carpets that were minor flood damaged and at the house to start treatment from a flea infestation. Atlas uses first rate professional equipment, and its staff knows how to use it to best effect. On this occasion, Joshua, the operator, showed up promptly and did the job with the usual Atlas thoroughness and efficiency. The result in the motorhome was especially noteworthy, considering the extent and depth of the crud. A note on the price: No furniture needed to be moved, as in the house, the cleanup was for the usual accidents in housebreaking our new puppy. However, in the past, for the "full service" (including furniture), Atlas' prices were always reasonable and competitive.

They also do an excellent job.

I really love Atlas Carpet Care. I have been using Atlas for three years now, they do an amazing job. The previous owner of my house was a smoker and the other carpet companies could never get the smoker odor out of the carpets. Well I work for the school board and Atlas had the contract to clean the carpets for the schools. And I figured if they could get the old dirty school carpets looking good again then I would try them. So, I talked to the owner and they came out and cleaned the carpets and the odor has never returned. Their staff is very kind and courteous I never have to worry about anything getting stuffed up. I also have a dog and cat and Atlas does a great job on any spots they make.

Received quote over phone based on square footage and areas to be cleaned. Quick scheduling; Atlas came out about 3 business days after quote. Service was punctual and took appropriate amount of expected time (about 1. 5 hours for 1500 square feet).
I do recommend their services and will use them again.

They have come in and have good prices and do a very good job.
