They did an excellent job of getting the windows clean but caused damage to the house and property.  They did not move heavy furniture back in place after pulling it out to clean windows.  They left the dirt from cleaning the window tracks lying around and did not clean that up. They set a bottle of some kind of cleaning solution on an end table which left a permanent mark in the wood finish.  They broke a part of our sprinkler system out-of-doors while using a ladder.  I had to ask them to clean the tracks to our sliding glass doors and was told that this was not something they did.  I offered to pay them more to clean the tracks and they were very nice about doing it. However, when I talked to the owner later, he said that this was part of their job.  I will say that the two young men that did the cleaning were very nice and well-intended...they were personable, polite, hard working and, I think, honest.  I credit all the problems to them not having enough experience and maturity.  Most people know not to put bottles of any kind of liquid on a wood table that is not protected ...but they just seemed young and inexperienced about these things...as they did involving all the other problems.  I will say that the owner immediately offered to pay for the cost of replacing our broken sprinkler
and was very fair about everything.
 I will probably not use them again due to all the problems, but I will say that everyone involved in this transaction (including the nice young men) were very pleasant to work with and just poorly trained or a bit naive about how to treat a client's home.

Work was performed as expected in a professional and tidy way. WE have a large house with lots of windows, some of which are very high. Everything went well and quickly, with little fuss.

The work went well.  The men showed up on time.  Joseph and Phillip did a good job.  Our windows are very clean.
I have a few complaints.  I have not raised these with the management, but Angieslist members should know:
1) The men tracked dirt onto our tile and wood floors.  They also tracked dirt into our upstairs shower.  In order to get to the upstair shower window, they had to walk across our carpet.  That means there is dirt in the carpet, too, that I have to clean.
2) The men broke an upstairs screen.  My screens probably never were cleaned in 14 years.  It's a small hole in a window that I never open, so I'll just leave it for now.
3) The men broke off several of the lift-in, lift-out tabs on our windows.  These errors didn't break the windows, but it's a measure of carelessness.

The job was well done, on time and on estimate.  Would use again.
Wish he would have asked about garage windows,  it looked like they were unreachable, but the shelves were on wheels.

Terrific. All work done by owner. Showed up as scheduled. Job was done with a minimum of intrusion. We hardly knew he was there. While inside the house, he worked in his socks so he wouldn't track dirt into the house. The windows are so clean and sparkling that there is more sunshine coming into our home. Thanks to Mr. Max for a great job. We'll definitely use him again.

We have *a lot* of windows - typically that makes the cost of window cleaning pretty outrageous when tallied up by window. His quote was more than reasonable, and he performed a great job.

This was the least expensive quote I got on window cleaning -- and he was superb.  He was very careful about taking off his shoes in the house, where he laid down his materials, getting the furniture out of the way, etc.  He worked alone, carefully and meticulously.  Wonderful work -- will hire again and recommend him to others.

We have absolutely no complaints re. the job that "A plus Window Cleaning" did for us.  The job was done quickly and efficiently and yet attention was given to detail and the work thorough.  The individual doing the cleaning was professional and hard-working and didn't waste a minute.    He seemed very trust-worthy, honest and someone you would not mind having in your home.  His prices were  reasonable and we feel that we definitely got our money's worth.   Next time our windows need cleaning, we definitely plan on using "A Plus Window Cleaning" and can heartily recommend the business.

Harris returned my phone call promptly. He scheduled the job quickly. He
showed up at my home ready to work on time. My lanai windows were
filthy and he removed each one cleaning it thoroughly before putting it
back in the frame, which he also cleaned. My interior windows are
sparkling clean. I am extremely pleased with the quality of his work. I
will use him again and I will recommend him to friends and family.

Made one phone call and confirmed appt. and he came and did the work as planned.  Seamless.

New construction window cleaning. Did an excellent job. Quiet worker who started on time and finished quickly. He even did extras for me at no cost. Highly reccomend.

Everything turned out excellent.  He was very thorough and did an extremely good job.  He did the windows and did inside the window like the tracks.  He was really good and virtually spent the entire day doing the inside and outside of the windows and then doing the frame.  He was very personable, but professional; quiet and clean.  He came in and did the job.  He was so fussy that he did the outside and then he did the inside.  He went back out and checked and looked at all the windows to be sure that they looked as good as he wanted them to.  I was very impressed.

My wife is delighted.  She has actually hired them to do monthly cleaning.

Both times the people who cleaned my windows did a good job.

He did a wonderful job, washing all the windows and French doors and opening all the windows to clean the tracks and sills.
Then he went back and checked everything to be sure it all looked good. He was very pleasant, even being friendly to our puppy. He was very neat and clean and especially careful inside the house, even removing his shoes. I cannot imagine anyone doing a more careful or thorough job.

Professional, thorough job. The estimate was somewhat less than one competing estimate. I made an appointment after the estimate, & Harris arrived promptly at that time. All windows were washed to perfection, screens replaced, & Harris removed his shoes to come inside the house. No messes were left. Harris also pointed out one window which needed replacement, something that I hadn't known about.
