The last time he did service for me was about a month ago and the price was reasonable.

As it was not an emergency for us, he set up a specific time to come out the next day and he was there exactly on time. He was very professional and installed our new lock system promptly. He also offered us some great advice on how to handle a couple of other scenarios to upgrade our security around the house. We were very pleased with the overall experience and are following up with his recommendations.
