While checking this home, he also found a substancial water leak we were not aware of and repaired that for minimal cost. Corrected HVAC work done by another firms- again at minimal cost. We are already making arrangements for him to do more work on this home. As well as licensed electricianl he has extensive knowslege of all construction phases. AND he will work on mobil homes, which many companies don't want to bother with. Yes , you might have to wait awhile, but the wait is worth it.

Was quick to come out on schedule to give estimate. Contracted about 1st of the month. Asked to start on the 5th or 9th, and opted for the 9th to give more time to procure materials, etc. Forgot to come out on the 9th entirely, and finally got around to in on the afternoon of the 10th. Was originally told that it was only a few hours work, perhaps a day and a half. A small amount of wood rot was discovered, and a couple of hours were added to the original estimate. Was still told that it would be done by the end of the week. It wasn't. The following week, he failed to show up at all, and went on vacation on Thursday with the work still unfinished. The following Monday, I called a second contractor who finished the job in a few hours on Tuesday afternoon. The original carpenter still has not come out to pick up his equipment and materials, so I haven't been able to negotiate a price for the few hour of work that he did complete.

"I don't think he never knew that i saved the inside of his house from damage and even health issues with mold. i did a repair to his metal roof valley, not the roof just the valley was rusted bad all the way up the roof $1200 dollars worth leaking over on the front porch soffits and would have gotten to the house in a matter of days, rain was on the way and it was bad, Not the best patch but it was not on the list of repairs but causing the damage that i was there to repair. (he unreachable) and I could not even explain to him why i had not completed the work. I did go on vacation without completing and I did leave my tools outside and they got put in the rain. I saw how bad the repair was that got done after me not being around. You should never procrastinate in this line of business you never know what or who you might run into.
