The guy that did the service was very good. The responsiveness was a little bit of a problem, because I called and asked them to replace my thermostat. I told them to come whenever they could come out. It was defiantly not cooling like it was supposed to. They told me they would have the dispatcher call me to set up an appointment. Then two days later there was someone sitting in the driveway calling me on my cell phone. They did not followup, but they did a very nice job. The just showed up and I happened to be home. They did a good job with installing it. There was just a breakdown in communication, but I would use them again.
