I have had occasion to call them twice and both times they have great. The first time my Kenmore dryer was on the fritz as my daughter was preparing to pack for a trip. Initially I called the appliance repair center. They put me through to a call center in China (I swear) and then couldn't come out for a week, Then I called AAAAAS. They were polite, sympathetic and accommadating. In fact they came out that morning and diagnosed the problem. The guy actually told me the dryer wasn't worth repairing because I could get a new one for less. He then told me what to look for and not look for when buying a new dryer. The service charge was very reasonable. I also called them regarding my Kenmore range(not buying Kenmore anymore)which quit working Thanksgiving day. Again I called appliance repair center, same deal, no on could come out for a week. Then I called AAAAAS. Same repair man as before asked me to describe the problem. Had me do a few simple things while he was on the phone and determined that it was not a $350 control panel. Thought it might involve a circuit breaker gone bad and advised me to try replacing the breaker first. "If that doesn't work, I'd advise you to call an electrician and have you wiring checked. Your range isn't getting 220". He could have come out,and changed me for a service charge at the very least, but he didn't. What he did do is give me free valuable advice. Good free advise, because he was correct the range wasn't getting 220. I will definetely call these guys in the future. They have demonstrated their honesty, knowlege and great customer service. Highly recommend them!
Description of Work: My dryer was not working at all. No spin, no heat, no nothing. He arrived at the house took the dryer apart, diagnosed the problem, which involved a part that was worth more than the dryer. He advised me not to repair it but buy a new one. He told me anything over $225 was too much to spend on a new dryer. Always get a dryer with lint filter on the top and not in the door and some other tips.
