Their quotes were very competitive, crew were professional and cheerful, and the operation was skillful and very safe, especially considering the tree today was already dead, and its placement leaning over the house in a heavily wooded yard made things difficult. They were respectful of other trees in their way, and they even reduced their price on one of the trees post-initial quote after Irma made their job a little easier. It was a joy to have happy team working in the yard--how often do you see that these days?

The crew was amazing, and dropped the big pine in one piece between a gardenia and an orange tree, with 2 feet to spare on either side. Remarkably little damage to surrounding plants. Did needed clean-up. Mandy and Robert were responsive in setting up and estimate and scheduling work, follow-through was punctual. Estimate and billing clear. I'm very happy with the service, and would certainly hire again.

This is my second time using Aand S Tree Service (the first several years ago). I called them back due to their professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness.
Both times when I used Aand S, I've been impressed by the organization of the walk-through for the quote process. The time and date is set and update calls are provided. Robert arrives on-time! Robert is knowledgable, respectful of my property, and really listens to what is important to the customer. He explains what the best and safest method for removal would be, best option for health of the tree, how wildlife can be protected, as well as care of the area after removal or trimming.
I was kept well-informed of the process from my acceptance of the quote to the time of completion of the work with update phone calls on how prior jobs were progressing and when my job was expected to start.
This job took two full days. They arrived on time. The crew of several were walked through the job on the first day and they organized the stages well. They used bucket trucks and trailers for the larger items. They were attentive to the area and moved any yard items that may be in the line of their work. With larger equipment, ruts were inevitable in my yard, but they did the best they could to smooth them out. I'm pleased with the outcome of the work.
