The job done by them was great. They were on time. They got the work done and they were very reasonably priced. I don’t remember the price charged by them, but my husband was pleased with their price because we got other estimates. We would definitely use them again.

The service tech tried to convince us that because the toilet was flushing slowly and "the water wasn't swirling right" that we needed to replace the toilet itself. Then he used an electric-powered snake to clear the drain line, without having the proper head on the snake itself. This cleared the line and allowed the toilet to flush properly for only a week, at which time the problem reoccurred. When we called them back, they sent the same tech out, who said that the fact that he was redoing something he was supposed to have done the previous week "didn't mean anything", and we'd have to pay full price for the repeat. We showed him the door, and called another plumber.

It's mom & pop kind of organization and they did pretty well. The plumbing itself came out alright. The main reason I chose them was because the price was same as everybody else, but, they provided a drywall guy to fill up the holes because they re-piped the entire building. However, the drywall guy was terrible. So, they are okay for normal plumbing job, but, I don't know if I will use them for re-piping again. They are honest, but, things didn't go well for them. They worked right through the 4th of July weekend, so, they tried to keep up with their schedule, but, it just failed to do so.
