Most Closet Factory locations are franchisee's. Had designer come and draw up plans for Garage Cabinets and organizing . Salesperson did a nice CAD drawing and they have a licensing agreement with Motor Trend. Slick website. Contract signed in January. They called to setup installation for 2/26/15. That's when the problems began. They called on 27th saying banding for cabinets didn't arrive, then called and stated something about equipment problem's, then called and said garage installer was injured on another job and would need to delay further. Finally got a couple cabinets installed on 3/16. They were missing banding on the bottoms and doors didn't fit. Arrived again without notice 0n 3/28 installed a couple more. Install being done in dribs, and drabs. I was expecting them to arrive sometime between 3/29-4/3. Nothing not even a phone call. When nobody showed up on 4/3 I contacted them to find out what was going on. I lived in a community with strict HOA rules and my garage tools has been scattered all over the inside and can't put car in garage. This has been this way since 2/26. HOA does not like cars parked in driveway so I've been explaining the situation with them. The Closet Factory have now responded that because my job only has 3 hrs of labor and a couple more cabinets to install and I live in Sarasota (The Franchise Territory is Manatee to Collier County) that I couldn't get scheduled till 4/9 or 4/10. Seems Sarasota is a inconvenience. Have contacted Corp in Los Angeles lets see what happens. Poor communication, Poor measurements, poor service. Can't recommend!
