I called and left messages on 04/01/14 & 04/02/14, it's almost a week later and no one has returned my calls.  I guess replacing double-windows with a sliding glass door is too small a job!  I will have much bigger projects in the future, but will definitely not call Kelley Bros.  Don't know how they got so many "A" ratings!

The project went as planned. Brian is the general contractor, is hands on and performs all trades. There were no hidden cost.

Brian with Kelley Brothers is an honest, hardworking contractor. He definitely exceeded our expectations for the quality of work he provided (especially considering he was half the price of the other guys). He takes pride in his work and was always willing to work long days and weekends to try to meet the agreed upon deadlines. He also was always willing to do the extra little projects that always come up during remodeling. At the end he provided a final invoice that covered the extra work which was very fair and reasonable. Brian is a perfectionist so our remodel took longer than initially planned. However he was willing to work around us as we tried to move in and we are glad he placed more value in quality over quantity. Overall we are very happy with his work and recommend him for any remodeling work you need. He will do a very good job while minimizing the cost to you. We will definitely use him again for future remodeling work.

Numerous items for both duplex units. Windows, doors, walls, painting etc.

I was a little nervous when they changed the starting date by about a week , but was very happy when they started, that they showed up daily until job finished , UNLIKE past contractors who started on time( and , sometimes not on time , either) , but then hopped around to other jobs , leaving us stranded and unfinished for months . The owner brought one worker along from start to finish and we could not be happier with them both . They were professoinal ,compliant, courteous, considerate , friendly, clean( drop cloths, plastic clean up after messes,etc) , trustworthy .... And , of course , the quality of work was perfection !!!!  We would love to use them , again , and would  very highly recommend them .

The quality of work, their being very meticulous in wanting to have the work completed, and the level of finishing quality of the work being done stood out about them. Because of the level of the quality of work, the job took a bit longer than we expected. If you question them, he says that they do not trade time with quality.

Bought a bank owned property in Port St. Lucie and the house had really been neglected. Went to Angie's list and found Bryan from Kelley Bros. Construction and I could not be happier. He met me at the house and we did a quick walk-through and I discussed with him what I had in mind to do. He was quiet and polite with no pressure. In about 3 to 4 day's Bryan emailed me with his estimate which I thought was very reasonable. We met a week later and I gave him a deposit to start work. He was just finishing another job so work started about a week later. All during the job Bryan made suggestions on many things all for the better.I was an absentee owner so I just gave Bryan the key. I have been around for a long time and have hired many workman but I can't remember any that were as conscientious as him. Very neat , attention to detail and can do the vast majority of the job himself. I would hire him again in a minute

It should be noted that we homeschool four children *and* my husband works from a home office. We not only occupied the home during the construction/remodeling on two floors, we were present in the home for much of it.

Brian and his team were incredibly considerate, *exceptionally clean and tidy* and the level of disruption was far below what I expected. Further, neighbors in my gated community were so impressed with his consideration that many requested his business card for their own projects!

The service was excellent as always. He is very thorough and we will continue to use him.

I scheduled an appointment for Mr. Kelley to walk through my condominium to get a general scope of work for remodeling.  He arrived on the day scheduled and we walked through the unit and talked about the job for over two hours.  Unfortunately, Mr. Kelley never submitted a bid for the job.  I was disappointed that after spending so much time on site,  I didn't hear from him again.

Overall the job done was great!!

This work was part of a larger remodeling project.  Kelly Brothers was hired to do some of the initial work including painting and drywall repair as well as replace an exterior door and water heater.  As we saw the workmanship and attention to detail we asked about doing more.  By the time everything was done, Kelley Brothers had completed an extensive list of services.
 
Brian Kelley's ability to handle many different types of projects was impressive.  We did not have to bring in a different specialist for every aspect of the job.  One of our biggest concerns was the kitchen.  The existing kitchen was old and in need of refurbishing.  Brian was able to make arrangements with a cabinet distributor allowing us to put in new cabinets and counter tops at an affordable price which we did not think was possible.   We were thrilled with the look of the completed job.
Because work was done in condominium environment, many neighbors observed the progress of job.  It was impressive enough that more than one of the neighbors that saw Brian's work hired him for upgrades to their units.

We bought a foreclosure and really needed someone right away to get some things fixed. What I really wanted was one company that could handle it all, as I didn't want 28 guys in my house while we tried to move in and get settled. Luckily, we found Brian at Kelly Brothers, and couldn't be happier. At first, my one reluctance was Brian beat everyone eles's quote, and I wasn't going for the cheapest quote. I just wanted one great handyman to do it all. Upon meeting Brian for the first time, I felt confident he was the man for the job, and he was. Since we had bought a foreclosure, the closing process did not go as smoothly as I wanted, and we had to change the date of service numerous times. Brian did an outstanding job of communicating with us effectively to accomodate our needs. When work did finally begin, Brian always let us know when and what time he would be there. I noticed while he was doing projects, he seemed to go the extra mile on everything to ensure it was done correctly. This is exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with the work Brian did on our home. So much so, that I decided to also hire him to paint our home in a few weeks. If you are looking for someone who values his business by performing quality work, is competitively priced, and can be trusted in your home, then Kelly Brothers is the company you are looking for.

The work was completed in a timely fashion and done very professionally.  We will not hesitate to call upon this company again for future projects.

We bought a 7 year old house last year that had chalky paint and some minor damage to soffits and gutters.  Kelley Brothers gave us a very reasonable estimate to take care of the painting and repairs. Brian did an excellent job of pressure washing the chalky areas, sealing cracks, and painting the house with great attention to detail.  
There were a couple of spots where soffits and gutters were damaged and needed fixing.  We were happy that Brian was able to take care of these in addition to the painting.  It was nice to have everything completed all at once.

The work was done very professionally - there had not been a microwave over the stove previously, so the task was a little more complicated - We are extremely pleased with the results of the installation - and Brian's suggestion on which type of oven to purchase.  We will definitely hire Kelley Construction company for more projects.  He takes great pride in his work and it shows in the results.

Brian was very professional and thorough.  He takes great pride in his work and it shows!  We had general contracting work done by other companies that did not clean up afterwards - not so with Kelley Construction.  Everything was put back in its place, all used materials washed and/or removed from the premises.  We highly recommend Kelley Construction - you will be pleased with the results.

Since we had other work done by Kelley Brothers (that we were very satisfied with), we had them remodel our kitchen. Brian helped us with the design of the kitchen and came up with very good ideas. As we experienced from other jobs, he worked very clean, precise and showed his professionalism and skills in everything he did. The final result was beyond our expectations. We now have a very beautiful and functional dream kitchen.

Brian was very conscientious of our belongings and worked very clean. He is a perfectionist and takes the time to make sure that there is nothing left undone. He also listens to your inputs and nothing is to much for him to make the final results how you want it. We are extremely satisfied with his work.

The alcove was kind of like a half pentagon shape that needed to be flattened out in the back so that the support bars could be attached.  In order to do that, Brian had to reframe a new wall and apply drywall to it.  He textured the wall to match our existing texture and then hung the three supports to hold the wine racks.  Each wine rack is supporting 6-7 bottles of wine and 4-8 wine glasses.
Everything looks great and we were able to get rid of our free standing wine rack that was sucking space from the dining room.  Thank you!
