My husband destroyed his diamond pinky ring. It was mangled. The setting was damaged, the stone came out, the band was crushed and he was convinced all he could do was sell the gold for scrap. It was his favorite ring. I did a search on Angie's List and we decided to visit Tello's based on other positive feedback to see if there was anything they could do. To make a long story short we were told it could be fixed even though we were not hopeful. I also brought an earring that needed repair, a bracelet that needed to be resized and I had a star sapphire from a man's ring I wanted reset into a woman's setting. The earring repair and bracelet resize were simple. I picked out a new setting for the star sapphire and the tiny diamonds that were in the original setting were placed in the new setting creating a custom design. The ring came out beautiful and I am so happy with it. My husband's ring was the real stunner, not only was it restored to it's original design it looked even better than it did before it was damaged. The jeweler at Tello's is a master in his trade! He takes great pride in what he does and he does fabulous work. The prices for everything was fair and we were very happy. I plan to bring a few more pieces of jewelry that I inherited from my mom to be reset to pieces I'll wear and have confidence that Tello's will work with me to create a design I'm happy with and the craftsmanship will be of a quality that will last a lifetime. Reputation is everything and Tello's really does strive to have the best reputation in the area and deservingly so.
