Great, they picked me up both ways, good quality service

I had just purchased a collector car. The previous owner had dropped an object on the top portion of the passenger door. A good size dent and crease were left from the impact. I went to a body shop and received a $500 estimate. I did not mind paying the cost, but I was not too thrilled about getting an area repainted unless absolutely necessary. The body man said that the dent was in a very tough place to get to because of the reinforced metal in that area. The car also had a dent on the seam of the door, as well as another one on the seam of the rear quarter panel. As luck would have it, all three dents were in tough places to fix. The body shop did suggest that I check with an expert in removing door dings. He also cautioned me about being very selective on picking the right person, because the wrong person could cause more damage than I already had. I started looking around and reading about businesses that specialized in removing dents. After reading many reviews and doing some of my own background checking, I decided to call DenTech Paintless Dent Removal on Fowler here in Fort Myers. They had a body shop as well as a Mobile service. I called their shop yesterday morning and spoke to Tony, one of the owner's. I asked him if I could stop in for an estimate and to see if they could even help me. He told me that he was actually going to be in my area later in the afternoon. He said he would swing by my house and look at my car. At around 2:00, he gave me a courtesy call and said he was on his way. Tony arrived as promised. He looked at my medium size dent/crease, and confirmed what the body shop told me. The dent was in a very bad location to be repaired, and it was almost impossible to get tools inside that particular area. I was disappointed to say the least, but I was actually expecting that kind of news. Imagine my surprise when Tony told me that he would at least see what he could do. I have to say what he did was a "miracle". After working very hard and diligently, and with the use of a multitude of tools he had with him, my dent was magically removed! My wife and I were both shocked. I would defy anyone to find where the dent was at, because the area turned out absolutely perfect. Next, he made quick work of the other "difficult areas". I had also seen three small dings in my driver's door. Tony made those dents disappear too! Once Tony had finished, I inspected all of his work. I am very critical when it comes to cars, but everything he fixed was perfect! When I received his price, I almost fainted! Way cheaper than my original body shop estimate, not to mention all the extra work he did. I almost felt bad paying him so little, after he worked so hard in the hot sun to get my car back the way I wanted it to be. The best way I can repay him is to give his business an honest and well deserved 5 star review. Thanks again "Tony", for your expertise and professionalism. I will be calling DenTech in the near future for my other cars, as well as recommending them to my friends.

Perfect they are the best at what they do. I will never use any other PDR auto body repair but them in the future. Like I said these guys really care about what they do. My car is perfect thanks to them.

Excellent service from start to finish.  Brought my car in Thursday and it was ready for pick-up Friday afternoon.  Quality repair job and car looks like new.  They even washed my car and gave me some touch up scratch paint for free.  Price was way below competition.  Highly recommend!

They were outstanding. It's uncommon for people to return phone calls and showed up time, and they did both, and they fixed the problem perfectly. I wouldn't think about looking for anyone else. They were wonderful. Definitely recommend them.

Very quick to respond, came out the next day to my house, called when they were on the way with an ETA, removed my mirrors and came out a couple days later to install them. Thy did an EXCELLENT job on color matching. We have a 2000 Lexus es300 and were worried that the paint might be an exact match but it was right on the money. The only thing negative I have to say is that they took longer than they said they would but they did explain to me that they had to start over again on the mirrors after the first cote of paint because it was an extremely rainy week and the paint bubbled. So they took their time -which is good- to fix it right. I would recommend to anyone needing a paint touch up!
