Not that hard to install a water heater. They managed that ok. But when heater started making weird noises after a couple months they wanted no part of that. Didn't respond to first 4 phone calls. 5th call they told me to to contact Rheem because "if it isn't leaking then it's not really our problem." Too many other places with good customer service to use these guys.

Phone answered by Steve (the owner?).  He said he might be able to fit me in that day if a job Jason was working on, in a nearby community, went well and he could get free early.  Steve called back and said they were having trouble with the other job and would it be OK if they came to my place first thing the following morning.  I agreed and he said he'd call me when Jason left the office the next morning - probably around 8 AM.  The next thing was a call from Jason at 7:55 the next morning telling me he was outside our building door.  In less than 1/2 hour he was finished, cleaned the area and left.  
This was a fairly routine job but I was having trouble finding someone responsive.  This company was easy to contact and talk to.  Did a very professiional job for a fair price.  I will definitely call them again the next time I have any plumbing issue.

Steve arrived as scheduled. I showed him the problems I found and he agreed they were in definite need of replacing. He was very professional and answered any questions I had in addition to a little chit chat while he was working. He had the job completed in a hour and a half. Left everything just as clean as it was before beginning the job. I love not having to clean up after vendors when they do work in my house. Had contemplated doing work myself to save money but glad I changed my mind. It would have taken me days to get this done whereas he was much more efficient. Will recommend Steve to all my friends and neighbors.

Steve arrived right on time. Had all supplies needed to take care of the job. Work was done in a half hour. Clean up was fabulous. Everything looked just like it did before he started working. He is a very respectable and honest man who's price is always competitive. He is a great worker and he is always good at talking you through your project. He is very prompt and responsive whenever I would call. I would recommend him highly to anyone in the future.
