We purchased a condo and needed a very deep clean before moving in. Patty and her team showed up after my closing and worked their magic! They did a very thorough job and went above and beyond my expectations. My carpets had staining/odor so Patty steam cleaned them all! Very reasonably priced and award-winning personalities from them all! I will definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

This company is PHENOMENAL! Patti and her crew did a spectacular job of thoroughly cleaning the 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment I was vacating. Patti and her employee were very professional, punctual, reliable and so hard working! They definitely went above and beyond to help me get every penny of my exorbitant security deposit back. If I were still living in Florida, I would hire her to clean my home once a month. Thank you very much Patti!!!

From the first phone contact by Patty, my experience with these folks was great. I was able to schedule the service for exactly when I needed it. The ladies that arrived were prompt, efficient, personable and professional. They cleaned my house beautifully. My long time cleaning lady of 30 years is recovering from an illness but will not be back to work until October so I plan on asking my new friends at Building Service Management to come back once more for a regular clean.

we have owned this for 10 years rent it except fo March when we stay our original cleaning service retired and we went through succession of terrible people who we think subcontracted their work. Our renters complained about the condition of the unit which we cannot tolerate as most of our renters always return and they pay a lot to stay here. I contacted BSM,Pat gave me an estimate with details of what they would do.We checked in yesterday and were stunned by how spotless the unit was everything was dust free tiny floors clean,clean. Pat is a pleasure to work with very professional detailed and helpful

They were very detail oriented. If I asked for something extra, they would always accommodate. They always do a great job and they have great pricing.

They are very prompt and have a great team. I feel they are very affordable and they have accommodated me with very short notice. They also do customizable cleaning as well. They are very professional and do a great job! I would highly recommend them to others.
