Apex Property Restoration

I manage several properties and have worked extensively with Jon Bucci and his company Apex Property Restoration for the past several years. Over that time, I’ve hired Apex Property Restoration for larger projects like kitchen and bathroom renovations, exterior or interior repainting, cabinet installation, etc. And also a number of smaller things like appliance installation, baseboard installation, pressure washing, some carpentry work, screening, installation of fixtures/fans, painting, and a number of other miscellaneous repairs. I have been extremely satisfied with the results and I can recommend them wholeheartedly. Jon Bucci listens carefully to his clients, and customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship are extremely important to him. He wants the customer to be happy and works very hard to make that happen. If you're looking for a company to assist you, these are the folks to hire.

Job was completed as requested in 4 hrs . And they helped me lift a few heavy things on the shelf. And they cleaned up

I had some issues with Apex Property Restoration during a project relating to the quality of the work and the speed of completion. It wasn't a smooth process, but Jon is in the process of making things right.

We contacted Apex in order to get some things done around the house. We just moved in to our new apartment and needed a service provider who we could trust.

When we called Apex the phone was answered professionally and promptly. We set up an appointment to have an estimate done. We also set up appointments with a few other providers so we could get the best most competitive pricing. All three showed up that week to give estimates. On the day of our estimate, the office called and reminded us of our appointment we even received a  text message reminder letting us know that they were on there way. 

Jon from Apex arrived 10 min before our appointment and waited parked out front, he called us and let us know he was here and asked if it was ok for him to begin the estimate or if we would like him to wait. He was dressed nice was kind professional and answered all our questions. There truck was clean and they looked organized. 

He took a look around and told us that we would receive an estimate by the next day.The next morning we received an estimate it was slightly higher then one of the other providers but they looked like they had it more put together.


That morning we called to set up the appointment they came by within the week!

Allan from there team again was kind, professional and prompt. He completed all the tasks we asked quickly and cleaned up after himself throughly not like many  other companies we have used in the past. He respected our home and my family and was a pleasure to be around. 

He even did a few extra tasks that he saw needed fixing without charging us. Before he left he asked us if we needed anything else and was on his way. All the work was done with excellent craftsmanship its so hard to find good help down here we are definatly blessed to have found a company that respects our house as much as there own.

That afternoon we received a follow up call from the owner of the company just to make sure we were happy with there service before they billed us a dime. 

We paid by credit care through an online email invoice everything looked professional and well thought out.

They sealed a portion of my driveway that was cracked. They did a fantastic job too. They were good guys. It was priced right, they offered courteous service, there were 3 guys in uniforms and it was a very professional operation. The owner was one of the 3 guys. He was named Jonathan Bucci. He's a young man, sharp, he had it all together, his guys were on time and they did good work. I offered them stuff to eat and drink, they said no, we just want to work and leave. They were great. I have no complaints about them and I highly recommend them. They answered all my questions, there were no hiccups, no I'll get back to you. They had an invoice ready, it wasn't like squibbling on the back of a napkin. They were ready to go. I was very impressed especially with this Bucci kid. He couldn't have been more than 25 years old. This guy was certainly no disappointment. They do more things so I'm probably going to invite them back to clean my roof. I just bought this home and it needs some work.
