Very well. Workers arrived on schedule, removed furniture, cleaned carpet, replaced furniture with necessary foam under legs of furniture in order for carpet to dry properly

Charlie and his son showed up when scheduled and did a wonderful job.   Our rugs came out nice and soft when he finished.   He does not use any harsh chemicals and rakes the rug when finished leaving a nice finish.   Very satisfied.  
We had previously used Stanley Steamer but were disappointed when the rug piling was left very stiff.   It was almost as though they forgot to rinse the carpets. 
Not the case with Spalding.......   Highly recommended.

The owner Charles, his son, and a third helper showed up on time to clean our condo carpets.   Charlie had called the previous evening to say that they might be delayed due to an emergency call, however, they were able to arrive as scheduled, They worked quickly and professionally to do an excellent job.  Unlike a prior cleaning from another national carpet which left our carpets very stiff to the touch,  this time the carpets came out beautiful, clean, and soft..   Also of note, the carpets were not soaked when they finished.  They felt almost dry to the touch.   Very happy with both price and service.  Would highly recommend......
