TWIN RIVERS ATTEMPTED MURDER via Vehicular Manslaughter on 11/4/2022 TWIN RIVERS truck worker/driver ATTEMPTED TO RUN MY FAMILY OFF THE HIGHWAY then FLIPPED OFF MIDDLE FINGER! TR Truck literally tried to kill us 11/4/2022 with the company phone# right on the truck! Talk about a complete moron... I called company to lodge complaint and they are not even answering the phone.

Daniel cleaned and repaired the machine, and it works fine now.

Dan responded to our voicemail very quickly, was super professional and was able to check out the machine within 48 hours. He analyzed it and determined that due to its age that we were better off purchasing a new machine rather than fixing the old one (after showing me why using the old parts and his analytical equipment). He assisted us in purchasing the new machine from a local supply company at a price we would have never been able to get - he saved us a lot of money. This process took about a week as the supply company is extremely busy. We stayed in contact every day until the new machine arrived. Dan worked on a Saturday to install it for us and took the old machine away. We are lucky and have great support from our local contractor base but Dan is in a class by himself. I've never had so much professional support from a contractor before and look forward to working Dan in the future should the need arise. I can't say enough great things about him and Twin Rivers!

I strongly discourage anybody from doing business with this company!  They were quick to respond to my emailed inquiry, but it only went downhill from there.  They, like so many contractors in the South Florida area, seem to think everybody is on "island time" and they will get to you if and when it's convenient for them, even if you want to drop a pile of money in their lap!
First contact on 4/23.
Several texts back and forth on 4/26.
 First visit to my warehouse on 4/27.  Contractor (and I'm assuming owner) arrives 2 hours late and has a hard time finding my place, despite the fact that I texted a location pin to his iPhone.  Clearly not a tech-savvy individual.
The guy spent a couple hours at my warehouse, looking at what needed to be done, asking questions, etc.... Hard to get a price quote out of this guy.  He said he needed to "make a few phone calls."  When asked when he could do the install for me, he said " I hope to do it by the end of the week."
A few days went by, and he asked me to do some electrical testing on my unit.  Basically, he wanted me to do HIS job and determine if the unit was operable.  I did this for him the following Sunday.
I told him that if was going to do the job for me, I needed a price estimate and needed to put the install on the calendar.  He said he was waiting for some brackets, and couldn't give me an exact date.  Waiting for brackets?  I hadn't even hired him yet, he hadn't given me a bid, and there was no install date on the calendar!
Monday 5/4.  I texted him and said "Good morning ? I need to get a date on the calendar to get this unit installed, and I still need you to talk to me about pricing. I can't do this with an open checkbook. I'm sure you understand, thanks"
His response to me "We may have to pass. I'm trying to schedule but backed up. I have 6 guys & were loaded to the hilt. There is a guy on clist near you but I donno his name"
My response: "Are you serious?  That?s pretty messed up.  I?ve been sitting here waiting for you for the past week"
His response: "Hey man I tried to fit you in. Your not exactly close to us"
In summary, it's amazing this shyster is actually in business!  Who in the heck would want to do business with a guy like this?  He doesn't show up on time, can't navigate via Apple maps, doesn't give any bids or estimates, makes false promises, and then tells you to take your business elsewhere!  
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Finally! After contacting and hiring two other local and very reputable air conditioning companies, my air conditioner was still shutting down, thankfully we found Twin Rivers!  I called the gentleman from Twin Rivers through a referral from a very particular friend. Our friend promised this man could find the problem and repair it! Dan came out within 3 hours. Dan has clearly had extensive schooling, training, and experience and does not send out someone who has no knowledge of air conditioning, etc.  He definitely knows his stuff! He worked arduously and repaired my air conditioner/heater. Additionally, he left the work area spotless. He was honest and fair. He called the next day to find out if all was well, and assured me if there were any additional problems, to call him back. So far, so good. Thank you Twin Rivers for your knowledge and work ethics. We will never look elsewhere for air conditioning service!  
 
We are grateful for his honesty and knowledge of the problem. He also repaired something that I had just paid to have repaired!

It's hard to find honest, good, affordable AC guys here in South Florida. I've found all of that with Twin Rivers and would never go anywhere else.

Called Dan on a referral. He was able come out the same day. Very professional and knowledgable. Found the problem in 10 minutes.
Diagnosis feee was 49.00. Parts and labor came to 75.00 for a grand total of 125.00. I was most impressed the way Twin Rivers as a whole did not try to scam me nor up-sell me any services. I will definitely refer anyone interested in any a/c job to them. Kudos Twin Rivers!
